At KB Designs, each item is crafted uniquely and made to order right here in our studio. Since our products are handcrafted, we kindly ask for your patience during the processing time. Our graphic tees are printed using the advanced Direct To Film (DTF) technology, ensuring high-quality results. The estimated processing time for graphic tees,  is 2-3 weeks. For custom glitter and puff apparel, please allow 4-6 weeks for completion. Keep in mind that from August through November, our fall season, we experience a high volume of orders, which may extend processing times to as long as 8 weeks. These timeframes are estimates, and many orders may be fulfilled earlier then expected.

Please note that all of our apparel are made to order and are considered FINAL SALE. This means we cannot accept refunds, cancellations, changes, or exchanges. If for any reason we do allow refunds it will be subject to a restocking fee.

Furthermore, every product at KB Designs features original artwork and specially chosen fonts tailored to each design. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for different fonts, design modifications or mock ups as these would necessitate a complete redesign and additional time. The only customization options available are personal names or numbers.
