At KB Designs, each item is crafted uniquely and made to order right here in our studio. Since our products are handcrafted, we kindly ask for your patience during the processing time. All Christmas apparel is made within 7-10 days. Please note that all of our apparel are made to order and are considered FINAL SALE. This means we cannot accept refunds, cancellations, changes, or exchanges. If for any reason we do allow refunds it will be subject to a restocking fee.

Furthermore, every product at KB Designs features original artwork and specially chosen fonts tailored to each design. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for different fonts, design modifications or mock ups as these would necessitate a complete redesign and additional time. The only customization options available are personal names or numbers.
