All items are made onsite by hand at KB Designs by Christina. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the turnaround time on in-house custom glitter and puff apparel. Keep in mind that the fall season, running from August to November, is our busiest time of the year, and depending on order volume, it may take up to 8 weeks at the longest. These are estimated timeframes, and orders may be completed sooner.
Since all items are made to order, they are considered FINAL SALE. We do not accept changes, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
Please be aware that all products offered by KB Designs feature original designs and carefully selected fonts per team. Customers are not permitted to select different fonts or alter the design, as these changes would require a complete redesign and significant additional time.
