Each item is custom designed and made by hand in house at KB Designs. We ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for the production of custom glitter and puff apparel. Please note that our peak season runs from August to November, and during this time, order processing may take up to 8 weeks at most due to higher demand. These timeframes are estimates, and many orders may be completed sooner.
Since all items are made to order, they are considered FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once the order has been submitted.
