 Made in house at KB Designs by Christina. Expect 3 week turn around time for in house custom graphics. Depending on the amount of orders that come in it possibly could be a little longer. These are estimated time frames. 

We appreciate your support of our small business. All items are made to order and therefore are FINAL SALE with no changes, exchanges, cancellations or refunds. 

Please be sure you order the size you need as we will be unable to adjust sizes after the order is placed. There is a size and color chart listed with photos.

Each item has a QR code inside of each item. The QR code once scanned takes you to our website. This is in the event that if someone asks you where you purchased your item you can show them the QR code without having to look up our website! 

Items are warrantied for 30 days for any defective materials.  As long as the wash care instructions that have been provided and posted with the listing had been followed. If any of these steps are not follow then the 30 day warranty for defective items are voided. 

Please note that all items made and sold by KB Designs are designs that we have made and fonts we choose that fits the designs. Customers are not allow to pick fonts because that changes the design and hours to recreate the design.
