All items are made to order and handcrafted in-house at KB Designs. Because these products are made by hand, please allow some time for processing. Our graphic tees are printed using the latest technology in the garment industry known as Direct To Film (DTF). The estimated turnaround time for graphic tees, spangles, and tote bag designs is 2-3 weeks. For custom glitter and puff apparel, the turnaround time is estimated at 4-6 weeks. Please note that the fall season, which runs from August to November, is our busiest time of year, and during this period, orders may take up to 8 weeks to fulfill at the longest. These are estimated timeframes, and many orders may be completed sooner.
Please be advised that all graphic shirts are made to order and are therefore FINAL SALE, with no refunds, cancellations, changes or exchanges.
Additionally, all products offered by KB Designs showcase original designs and carefully selected fonts for each team. Customers are not allowed to choose different fonts or modify the design, as such changes would require a complete redesign and significant additional time. The only customizable options available are personal names or numbers.
